I sold Real Estate for over nine years during the 1980’s. After getting my first computer in 1989, I discovered I loved working with technology as much as selling real estate. I left Real Estate to become a technical recruiter. That was much like selling Real Estate but the commodities were people and jobs instead of buyers and homes. I worked “virtually” for many "dot.com" start-up companies in the Silicon Valley from my home office in Denver, Colorado. After the technology crash in 2001, I returned to Real Estate. For a variety of personal reasons, I did not want to sell full time.  I have a Colorado Real Estate license.  However,  I devote myself full time to Brokers Aid and do not actively sell.

In 2001, I took Michael Russer’s three day intensive workshop on working with Internet Consumers. I have also participated in a six month follow up program to review in more detail and implement the many tools learned in the workshop. Overall I have had over 60 hours of formal training in dealing with Internet Consumers. Also, because I am an Internet Consumer and think like one, I have been extremely successful in dealing with Internet leads and helping my clients convert them into business. 

I formed Brokers Aid in 2001, and  have since worked for a variety of Realtors. In addition to dealing with Internet Consumers and the software Realtors need to do their jobs efficiently, I also do transaction coordination, writing, web site design and enhancement and many other day to day tasks to free up my clients so they can spend more time with their clients. Usually a brief interview with a new client points out the areas where help is needed and desired. From there we design a custom plan to provide that assistance. My goal is to make your business run more smoothly and effectively.
 
In addition to working, I enjoy hiking, RVing, gourmet cooking for the freezer, traveling to wine tastings and giving back to my community through a variety of volunteer opportunities.
